I do feel you. I am lucky enough to live near the woods and I only find peace when I am hiking alone with the trees and the wind whispering. I was always believe that there is spirit of place in nature, sometimes this “communication” can be overwhelming.

Although it would be nice if that were so, take a look around you at what is happening in the world.

Your premise is based on the social order collapsing soon when history says it will probably still be stuttering and coughing it’s sickly way to the grave when you are safely tucked away in yours.

In the mean time, lol, the people you despise as crybabies are forging the social compact we, you and I, and everyone you know and interact with have to contend with.

Society doesn't collapse it changes.

The history books is full of bs stories of men turning into animals because some order couldn't hack it anymore.

Like we all need someone better than us to tell us how it is... How we should act. We're all plant fertilizer in the end.

There's always some numpty saying these are those won't make it. They often come across as too rigid to handle change.

I mean we could all just fight about it... Socialists are always in groups and there's guns. Neither were apparent in societal collapses in the past though so I hope anyone having a 'ken' actually did think about ramifications of "survival of the fittest".
