The big problem is that they deceived people into thinking that you can't transmit or catch covid after vaccination which was a lie. Pharma documents stated that it just helps the vaccinated not die from it and also that those at high risk from immune deficiency will not benefit from the vaccine since their immune system was messed up. So all the vaccinated people went out and spread it around and it boosted deaths....especially in vaccinated people with immune deficiency.

The health agencies were aware of this but failed to properly mention it to the public and around here most vaccinated people started to go out in huge numbers....the unvaccinated were more cautious.

Even without a problem with the vaccine, this false sense of being safe after vaccination caused lots of problems because people who were vaccinated didn't have to wear masks....they were ill advised as to what the vaccine did and spread the disease more by their actions. I am surprised that more unvaccinated people didn't die from their screwed up safe and effective propaganda.

So correlation in time equals causation, but only for decreased IFR and not the six times higher number of cases.

If you want to give credit to the vaccine for a lower IFR it would seem you also then need to own the six times higher cases too. Otherwise that reduced IFR doesn't mean it's in the vaccinated that the lower IFR happened. Somewhere between the vaccinated making up the higher proportion of six fold increased cases and two fold increase in deaths you have a weakly muddled argument for vaccination.

Unless you have some numbers showing the unvaccinated took up both a higher ratio of infection AND a disproportionately higher number of deaths then your pharma advertising is pharma sad-vertising for anybody that understands the way all those numbers fit together.

The more this plays out the more vaccine aficionados are exposed as not understanding basic data analysis. A six fold increase in cases in a 80+% vaccinated population isn't a W, especially not when most unvaccinated experience no serious outcomes in 99% of the infections. You have painted yourself into an impossible to defend corner. I hope you're comfy, because if you choose to continue being a vocal vaccine defender that corner is going to keep getting smaller when anybody that understands data is paying attention.

but if you get the jerb, you won't be as sick as you would have without it. And no, there is still no way on God's green Earth to measure that. You have to take the word of those who told you if you got the shot, you wouldn't catch covid, and if you did, you wouldn't spread it. Both turned out to be known lies. But they aren't lying about the one part you can't measure, trust me.

You're absolutely right! The only way they could have measured that would have been to have a test and try it out on actual people. I think it would have went something like this:

Pharma Company: We need volunteers to test our new drug. We want to test it and see if it kills people or if it reduces their symptoms.... Hello....? Hello....? Where did all our volunteers go?

it goes far beyond "The health agencies were aware of this but failed to properly mention it to the public". government leaders like Biden and Trudeau deliberately lied to everyone when they said things like "once enough people are vaccinated it will all be over". and especially their lies about "once you are vaccinated you will no longer need to wear a mask, social distance etc." and of course the governments, and government agencies under them, such as the CDC and health Canada, also followed suit with the same lies. just one reason countries like the US and Canada got hit so hard, compered to other countries.

and remember, that at the time these lies were being spread by government,media, CDC etc, we also had that argument about fake news on the internet, and lies, especially about covid and the vaccines that were being passed around, and how dangerous that [i["misinformation is and was. and of course how such lies need to be censored across the internet. and yet the actual, dangerous lies, that needed to be censored if anything needed to be, was the words and advice of the US, Canadian, and indeed many western country's leaders and governments were putting out. the very same ones going on and on about the need to censor such dangerous misinformation, were the same ones actually doing it.

and yes, i can fully appreciate how confusing being bombarded with two almost polar opposite "truths" can be, just from this very situation alone. but as i have always said when it comes to things like social media censorship, over "truth" is, just who gets to decide what the "truth" is?. remember i was one of those trapped outside of our home countries during the pandemic. and in fact was in one of those countries that handled the first couple of years of the pandemic well.

pretty much as soon as clowns like Biden and Trudeau started to spout off things like, "as soon as we have the vaccine, and enough people take it, it will be over, and we can open back up", the flood of counterpoint memes and posts started popping up all over social media and news, from the governments of nearby countries and the WHO. and of course things on how dangerous such lies are, as they encourage people to not follow proper, scientific, medical advice. one particular meme was passed around by the world health organization so much, i was seeing it tons of times a day, for like a couple months starting just as the vaccines started to come out. explicitly saying that once vaccinated, you still needed to wear a mask whenever outside your home, and to still follow all social distancing measures. BECAUSE, all the vaccines were to do is to hopefully have less severe symptoms (ie less likely to need to go to a hospital or die), if you got covid. and did NOTHING TO STOP the vaccinated person from either catching, or passing the virus onto others. as they worked hard to combat the disinformation from places like the American and Canadian governments and media, which is of course something many people in the world see and have interest in.

Yes, Who and many other European countries didn't tell people it was safe to go unmasked in public like the idiots running the pandemic response did here. Europe did do better at informing their citizens of the truth about the vaccine just helping to protect oneself from bad covid. The information from the Pharma companies did not match what our government's health agencies and Biden were saying. At least the people at WHO read the stuff and evaluated it better, and that is why they did better with the pandemic in many countries over there. Canada seemed to just parrot the stuff being spread by the US government that was not evaluated properly. I like reading the medical research from Europe because it usually seems to be better, but even there they got BSed by some people. I took my free medical classes from areas of Europe and Australia. Most were from England. Their view of medicine there seems to be much better, the US focuses on the expensive way to do things...For profit.
