Of course he won't. His ego won't allow it. Trump does not believe rules and decisions apply to him. If he loses a GOP primary, he will run as an independent. And kill the GOP's chances.

That is, provided he's not in handcuffs or otherwise preventing from legit running.

They flattered him and made him a star on TV, definitely a liberal-run industry.

That threw him off his game.

When he eventually got to the White House, he wanted to be a star and a hotshot instead of soberly building support for his party's positions like a professional.

It split the party and wasted whatever support his positions would have had like building the wall or repealing Obamacare.
