This infuriates me. I am going to come back into the OP and expand more on this but I had to run some confirmations first before I just subscribe to this story. If true I can think of a certain Cuban-located US military outpost they should be housed in for a while in my opinion.

No biggie. The US Army plasters every infantry tactics manual, weapons usage, FM’s, TM’s, etc etc on the internet. All that anyone would need to do is Google it. It’s all basic stuff, even flying and teaching ACM in jets in most cases isn’t classified info, it’s all published.

Experienced pilots providing first-hand training in carrier deck operations is not something you are going to learn from a pdf file download.
