Since I havent seen it posted yet, ill complete the narrative.

"The walls are closing in around Trump!"

....this time, itll be (D)ifferent.

Weisselberg was accused of receiving compensation "unreported or misreported" to the tax authorities, namely benefits such as a company car and a company apartment in New York City.

Im not sure how these crimes are related to Trump as they were Weisselbergs own personal decision and gain.

But hey, lets see if he has any goods on Trump.

The straw grasping is running thin.

Depending on whether, and how, the Trump Organization reported the compensation received by Weisselberg in its financial records, and thus, for its tax purposes, it could directly tie to Trump as the head of his Organization.

I believe the story explains that Weisselberg's Plea, and the sentence handed down, is predicated on him providing testimony in the state's case against the Trump Organization.

Spin it up however you wish.

We've only seen this more than a handful of times, all to the same result.

Just another episode of "Malicious prosecution" and "Witch hunting" against Trump even though he's just a third party in EVERY one of these rotten tomatoes so far.
