Is the Supreme Court reversing Liberal Cases in retaliation for Congress' Jan 6th Committee?

So, the Supreme Court is overturning several Liberal Cases. Roe v. Wade. Environmental protections. Possibly others to come.

Is this retaliation for the Congressional Jan 6th Committee?

And just why aren't these accusations/charges of Insurrection and other crimes being presented to a real Court?

Congress is the Legislative Branch, not the Judicial Branch. Has Congress overstepped their Authority?

Could the Supreme Court be retaliating against Congress and reversing Liberal Cases because of Congress overstepping and doing the Judicial Branch's job?

The Congressional hearings are just that; Hearings.

The committee has, and is continuing to investigate and present the evidence it finds.

It is Not the purpose, or within the committee's purview to file charges, or issue indictments.

However, all evidence and sworn testimony the committee compiles will submitted to the Department of Justice where there appears to have been a violation of law.


It will be up to the DOJ to review the information provided and decide who should be indicted, and for what crime(s).

Nope!

Their judgements are not based on childish reprisals. These judges actually are concerned with making decisions that best represent the nation's current needs.

They are in a unique position of being there to make decisions on what cases come to them from federal and state contentions.

They are not trying to score political points nor act like mursery school children. They really are trying to do the right thing that will helpt America to survive, what is in its best interests.

The current utter insanity of everything liberal that is destroying the West must be challenged or we are all heading for ruin and will be replaced by those who will fill up the vacancies we leave behind as we die by our own swords because we were unaable to control our barbaric tendencies. Law and order are as important as food, water and shelter to modern humans. They will die if they don't get enough of it.

Wow. That's interesting that the Legislative Branch thinks they can Investigate Crimes. Which Congressperson is a trained Investigator?

Interesting how the News makes it sound like Congress CAN decide what Crimes were committed. That doesn't sound like what YOU are saying. It also doesn't sound like the job of the Legislative Branch.

Is the United States being lied to by the News Media?

Equally as likely attempting to goad the liberals into court packing. Honestly surprised they aren't yapping about it again which is kind of worrying.

The SCOTUS is assessing the cases as presented (not incl the planned botch omissions by lawyers) and applying the best parts of The Constitution 😎🚬 Simple as that 😎🚬
