That was always on the cards where flying cars are concerned.

But they are still going to require a modicum of manual control else when their guidance fails, which is apt to happen at some point, they would essentially be a ballistic missile over populated areas.

So glad AI has control; I'd hate to think one of these flying cars could be hacked and used for nefarious purposes!

Personally, I think this is being funded by the Clinton's as another way to deal with any perceived adversaries.

Sounds like aircars from "West World" season 3.

I suppose something like the "Cirrus Airframe Parachute System" is incorporated into vehicle design.
