BBC Ghost comedic scifi 2019

Ran across this little gem that I think many here may enjoy.

Despite the funny accent they speak pretty good English . In summary its about a couple who inherent a mansion that is occupied with ghosts.

It's the same, but a little different than the American version on CBS!



Now I want to watch the BBC version!

ETA: Its looks like this series is NOT available in the USA, due to copyright issues.

I've seen the UK version, but am currently watching the US copy, if not only because the lead actress is hawt, but it's grabbed me regardless. Can't wait till I get sucked off, and ascend... lmao

-- that's a thing from the US version. means being taken to heaven and not remaining a ghost. The yuppie conned them all to use that term.

I will probably try the American one , since I'm American. However to be honest that trailer has me thinking its going to be wokeyfied beyond tolerable levels as most American tv show have become.

I just started season 2 of the bbc and so far no wokefest in your face for the sake of wokeness, which is kind of refreshing.

The cast of the bbc one are also fantastic, imo. I guess they have another show that they all casted before called Horrible Histories, which i will have to add to my list.

I think it's a similar situation as with "The Office". The Office was a successful BBC series before they did the American version.

It's not woke at all, it's a light hearted comical fare. Well, except the English bloke who fancies other blokes. But it's done in a good way. Can't believe I said that haha.. It's certainly not supergirl woke, that's for sure.

I never watched an episode of the UK version.

But I love Steve Carell in anything he does, so did enjoy what I did see of that version. Rare that a copy promotes itself so well that it becomes the preference.

But I will NEVER watch the US version of the IT crowd. Not even sure if they did more than 1 episode, even if it did have Richard Ayoade in it. Some things just cannot be redone... either enjoy the original, or not.

Like the Mighty Boosh.. you just can't do it better..
