If only Mars had been a little closer to the Sun and maybe a Massive Comet of Fresh Water hit at some point it would have produced life .

To me it appears like a natural sand blasted shape from the high speed winds, although thin, they do carry a lot of abrasives, and over a long time might produce this. See it a lot on Mars. Having said that, there are a lot of things that definitely look very far away from natural on Mars.

It just looks way too smooth and uniform to me for that process to have shaped it.

Wind would have created at least some kind of detail over time. Water erosion would be more likely to form this but there is no water there.

Just looks out of place.
