What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is civopcici. the c sounds like CH. It is a food from my croatia. Here is a picture of me eating some.



Its kind of like sausage, but tastes better. lol they just took a picture of me eating. Ill get them for that lol

Morel Mushrooms are my favorite.
They are seasonal, only found in the early to mid spring. They are generally fried, some people make sandwiches with them.

It is nice to get the family out in the woods and find our own food in the spring. It is a wonderful change of pace from the winter dool drums.

It wasn´t easy, but I finally found some Croatian "sausages" called "Čevapčići". "čevapčići" gave no results (pictures). Then I found this line somewhere: "we meet with ‘mititei’ everywhere in the Balkans, and we even have them in Zagreb – except that everywhere else they’re called čevapčići." The picture is "mititei". Am I wrong about this, Croat56?

Yes thank you. Silly me I spelled it wrong. Ive been living in America to long:bnghd: lol. Thats not a really good looking serving though. The ones that I get a are longer and thinner. They taste really good.
