Well you've got me stumped! And here I was thinking that I was well-read!

Nice! I like when I feel at a loss for words due to a lack of knowledge--it means that I learned something that I need to learn more about

I've seen your posts elsewhere and know you to be quite intelligent. I will admit, generally I do enjoy T.S. Elliot. Perhaps I shall give it a go.

Currently I just started reading The Riftwar Saga--a Christmas gift from my good friend and fellow ATS member King Kel__n. I omitted some letters for his privacy. Before that I read an absolutely fantastic novel: Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. Please give that a read--I'll agree to read T.S. Elliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats in exchange

Does that sound like a deal? You'll love Piranesi.

EDIT: I can fully echo your sentiments about adaptations ruining the books. Hey, look at what they did to The Hobbit
(although some really love it--for reasons that escape me lol)

Growltiger;
"His manner and apperance did not calculate to please;
His coat was torn and saggy, he was baggy at the knees;
One ear was somewhat missing, no need to tell you why,
And he scowled upon a hostile world from one forbidding eye"
(And he met a dreadful fate at the hands of the Persians and Siamese.

Macavity;
"Macavity, Macavity, there's no-one like Macavity,
He's broken every human law, he breaks the law of gravity.
His powers of levitation would make a fakir stare,
And when you reach the scene of crime- Macavity's not there!"
How can anyone give that a slow tune?

We can certainly do something about that--I PM'd you once again. Since you are a collector of art, I would be happy to allow you to purchase the original framed piece depending on the offer.

Best,

Rukia

I love it!!

I would love to be able to paint...

I'm kind of forever stuck on pencil drawings because my color theory sucks.

Your use of colors is on point!!

Peace

Also congrats on your recent degree
