I believe Wim Hof is worth to listen.

I sometimes take very cold showers, lasting several minutes and boy it really do something good.....i need to sometimes try the breathing also.


Vagus nerve stimulation is important, full spectrum CBD oil also helps with vagus nerve, so that`s one easy thing to do also.

I do about 4 hot dry saunas a week. I feel really good afterwards and I'm like warm until the next day.

It is getting O2 for a long time...If the heart is stopped then it is getting nothing so maybe then its 5 mins.
