TPP, UN, NATO, WHO, PARIS ACCORD - How soon do you think USA will sign back up to pay the Price?

So after covering all the court cases after January 20th,
How long do you all think it will take to reverse all Trump's changes?

TPP restarted, UN payments ( backdated?) , NATO payments ( backdated?), WHO payments ( backdated?),
PARIS ACCORD enforcing the fees/taxes, Trade deals with China etc

Will Biden remove the wall and empty his cages?

Will the south American Caravans march in during Winter or wait until spring?

What are the predictions for the first 100 days? Will Joe last a 100 days?

So many questions.

Will the republicans actually get organised and resist like democrats and challenge everything ?
Or is it going to go back to name calling and funny handshakes in corridors?

The Blue Wave at the moment may be nothing but a mirage. As far as I am concerned we still got the remainder of this year with Trump. Let see what transpires from now til then.

The majority of Americans will not tolerate a Biden admin; if we were ever at the brink of a civil/revolutionary war it is now.

Ideally, to address the point: How does being forced to pay a tax (money) to the government 'forgive' carbon usage? (Paris accord/carbon-tax idea). Does paying money to a government erase carbon from our environment in some magical ceremony?
