I bet you made some nice chicken soup for Hubby. Now let's hope the rest of the family doesn't catch what he has.

Checks the wine/booze cellar to see if there is a party going on down there. Steps over the fallen and makes a loud noise.

BOO!

I don't know about a party but I found this little Dragon bar.
Free for all.

Can't party tonight.

Hey at least now i have something to wait for. Something to look forward to. You see, soon a bio-hacking center is starting business in my city. A sort of a health & wellness center. And they are going to have a sensory deprivation tank

I first encountered the term here on ATS, over 10 years ago (i lurked for a decade before joining as a member here) and i have been highly interested ever since. Here is a tiny bit of what Wiki has to say:

An isolation tank, often referred to as a sensory deprivation tank (also known as float tank, float pod, float cabin, flotation tank, or sensory attenuation tank) is a pitch-black, light-proof, soundproof environment heated to the same temperature as the skin. The tank is filled with 10 inches of water which contains enough dissolved Epsom salt to create a specific gravity of approximately 1.275. This environment allows an individual to float effortlessly on the surface of the water. The primary function of the isolation tank is to eliminate as many of the external senses as possible. They were first used in 1954 to test the effects of sensory deprivation. Flotation tanks are widely advertised as a form of alternative medicine, but beneficial health effects are unproven.

This! I will try that tank, i am fairly sure that i am going to enjoy but of course i can't be sure before giving it a shot. A sober shot. Hangover does not count as "sober" i want this for myself with as clear mind as it can be for me.

I've heard of these tanks before. Hope it helps.

Are you still at your friend's house or back home?

I had to come back home yesterday evening. I needed a shower and clean clothes.

This morning i woke up, made coffee, which in turn, gave me energy to walk to grocery store and back to get food. Trying to eat right now. A whole day is too much to take now, but i will do my best somehow, to make the moments add up to a tolerable day.

This day's agenda of mine, has very much to do with your ATS signature.

A visitor to our back door.

Looking for a bit of green pickings around the house. Dogs were interested. Cats did a runner. That's one big mouse.

Wandered in as the fences around all the properties are burnt down. Owners found on local FB page and walked him back home with a bucket of feed.

Kind regards,

Bally

Thanks for asking.

It's been cooler. Rain is forecast but not seeing much sign of a good drop. Still trying to get the gas hot water service up and running again. Went to town and got a new thermocouple (Heat sensor). I think that's right. Anyway, broke something else as I was replacing the burnt out one. So another trip into town tomorrow. I'm not real gentle when it comes to the plumbing trade.

All's good.

Kind regards,

Bally

G'day Raine !

No, Linda is a lady of leisure now.
She is doing very well and still has a way to go physically but physio etc. will see her get more mobility and freedom of movement in time.

Hope you are in fine fettle, how is Mark doing ?

😸
