Let me repeat this,

The left was on the wrong side of history about slavery, and they are on the wrong side once again.

They would be welcomed by the Alt-Right.

But time travel like this takes a lot of energy. Someone would have noticed.

The right believes I small government, and big freedom.

the left believes in big gov and restriction of rights

Just sayin.......

Well, a dictator is small government. Just one person in absolute control.

... and big freedom? You are entirely free to do as you are told, but if you are scapegoated, you are gone (remember all those desperate immigrants? That isn't where American crime comes from).

... and doesn't an American talking about freedom taste bitter in your mouth? I mean just about the last country to abolish slavery, and with the largest incarcerated population (and the highest per capita) of any country in the world. The US is literally the least free country in the world.

Also;
- The UN Declaration of Human Rights is far more comprehensive than the US Constitution.
- The US Constitution is self contradictory.
- Some of the rights and freedoms US citizens think they have, are not actually codified anywhere in US law.
- School children in the US have 'Civics' classes. Did you know that no other countries in most of the world don't have mandatory civics classes?

The 'left' generally believes in the equality of all persons even extending into their value to society. I.e: one person's wage and work should be equivalent to another and no one should have special privilege, or excessive wealth, or position, or power. They believe in government by the mandate of the people, which as it includes the entire citizenry, is big government.

No wait, it's 9 posts!

Making a point about time travel or does your computer/phone suffer from epilepsy?

I'm sure we'd all appreciate you getting that thing looked at.

I have a family member that was born on that day in Kecksburg.

They brought her.

Anyhow I have it on pretty good authority that Kammler was captured, interrogated, and killed in the interrogation process.

Can't give you a source for that though.

You have it on pretty good authority but you can't provide a source?

What's wrong with this picture?

Slavery still exists in the world. All United States citizens have equal opportunity, what leftists want is equal outcomes. You say every ones wages should be the same? Fast food workers should make the same as an engineer, a scientist a doctor.

What you propose sounds like communism to me.

Communists are extreme left.

Yes, they would - all 23 of them.

They called them abolitionists back before the slaves were freed.

The left have historically fought for the abolition of slavery and for civil rights.

I think you are confusing the Democratic party as being 'the left' because there are left wing supporters within it.

Yeah, but not that many more (kindof my point).

We have a lot more to fear from radical unhinged leftist anti-first-amendment groups (like ANTIFA).

Left-wing politics From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Please read the third paragraph of this article, which states about the term "left-wing", "The term was later applied to a number of movements, especially republicanism during the French Revolution in the 18th century, followed by socialism, communism, anarchism and social democracy in the 19th and 20th centuries.

The French monarchists were the conservative right-wing and the republicans were the radical left-wing.

a reply to: mazzroth Things like this are the reason I joined ATS and it's nice to see discussions about these theories.

As for some others. Stop turning every thread on here into a soapbox for politics. The rampant political trolling and off topic posts kill any chance of a thread remaining viable for discussion. Keep that garbage in the mudpit please. It's the biggest reason a lot of older members aren't very active anymore.

I think the similarities between the shape of a Russian Soyuz reentry capsule and the acorn shape of the Kecksburg object might be more meaningful than the alleged Nazi bell.

Here's a really good long detailed interview of UFO researcher Stan Gordon on this incident:

I did not know that some of the witnesses claim the object had controlled turns before it crash landed. And another strange bit from the interview there were hundreds of people who heard about the incident and drove to the spot to check it out for themselves. There were cars and people everywhere on all the small roads.
I'm not completely sure what happened at Kecksburg, but I'm sure I don't trust witness characterizations of the object having controlled turns. I think it's easy for witnesses to look at a trail left by an object having turns in it, and thus concluding the object turned, but that doesn't mean the object turned, like this contrail. The plane didn't fly like these contrails show but I could easily see imagine witnesses misinterpreting what they see here to think it was flying back and forth making turns (it wasn't):

fineartamerica.com...

So maybe they saw curves in the trail like that, but that doesn't mean the object actually curved. One can see how the witnesses might get that impression though.

I had a conversation with the author I was talking with who was my source. He has informed me that the information he showed me in the past did not make the cut due to the source (a transcript from the OSS of several interviews) having several provable errors in it due to conflicting stories from multiple people.

That's what I get for trying to be cute.
