Trump is now saying he wants to charge countries for his troops being stationed there! He told Germany if they did not agree, he would move troops to Poland so Merkel more or less told him to shove it and the Japanese at Okinawa are outraged that not only did their government ignore their concerns and foist the new American base on them, they are now expected to pay for being shafted.

You really could not make it up!
