Progressives are spending all of their political capital banning straws, banning plastic bags, banning Columbus Day, ect. while Conservatives rolled up their selves and started packing the courts.

Liberal Senators are now playing HARD BALL, in an attempt to block further Judicial nominees from confirmation.

Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee escalated their all-out war with Chairman Chuck Grassley Wednesday; boycotting the scheduled hearings surrounding six of President Trump’s judicial nominees.

“The committee’s top Democrat, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (CA), and the other Democrats on the committee wrote a letter to Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley Monday demanding that he postpone the hearings until after recess when the Senate returns to Washington on November 13th."

As most of us know, the 9th Circuit Court (West Coast) has traditionally been extremely liberal. President Trump is adding a record number of CONSERVATIVE judges to the courts that render most decisions in this country.
Among them is the 9th Circuit Court.. despite strong objections from Kamala Harris and Dianne Feinstein:

President Trump is plowing ahead to fill three vacancies on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, brushing aside Democratic resistance to nominate conservative judges.
Presidents traditionally work with senators from judicial nominees' home state -- in this case, California -- to put forward judicial picks. They often seek what's known as a "blue slip," or an opinion from those senators.
But in a snub to California Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the White House announced Wednesday that Trump had nominated Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) to the influential circuit. The court, with a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against the travel ban and limits on funding to "sanctuary cities."
GOP critics have branded the court the “Nutty 9th,” in part because many of its rulings have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

To President Trump's delight, Democrats have been so focused on non-important issues and hate, they completely overlooked one of the most important things a President can do to shape society: To fill the nation's court system with like-minded justices.
President Trump said on a FoxNews show the other day that he was "completely but pleasantly surprised" by how President Obama ignored filling judicial vacancies and naming replacements within the 2nd and 3rd level courts in this country.

For two years, President Trump has been focusing on shaping the most important "power centers" in our government. The Supreme Court, The Senate, and Federal Judges.

This week, the Senate is nearing approval of what Liberals are labeling as, "The Monster Markup".

Thursday afternoon, the Senate Judiciary Committee headed by Lindsey Graham approved a slate of 44 judicial nominees for confirmation. This continues a fundamental reshaping of the the federal judiciary by the Trump administration with the assistance of the Federalist Society.

That’s a huge number at once; progressive judicial advocacy groups dubbed the committee’s hearing a “monster markup.”

But Democrats and progressive groups are not just alarmed by the number of Trump’s picks sailing through.

Many of these nominees have spent their careers attacking LGBTQ rights, abortion rights and voting rights, and now they’re on their way to holding lifetime seats on federal courts.

As Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) pointed out in Thursday’s hearing, more than 80 percent of Trump’s judicial nominees so far are members of the conservative Federalist Society. For some context, she noted that less than 4 percent of all American lawyers are members of that group.

“Month after month, we have seen a parade of these so-called conservative activists nominated to the federal courts,” Hirono said. “They have been groomed by conservative political ideologues.

They want to see Roe v. Wade overturned or narrowed into oblivion, LGBT people permanently consigned to the margins of American life, and constitutional and civil rights encroached [based] on the religious preference of a vocal few.”

Sirens are blaring and red lights are flashing across liberal organizations!

With his prior success being in the world of Business, President Trump had to learn quickly what parts of government are most critical for him to have "control" over. It's good to see that he has smart and government-saavy people advising him!
