Just had two fly pasts both at around 1500 - 2000 feet. I assume both were present at the Southport airshows.

The first was a lovely pair of De Havilland Vampires which are apparently with the Norwegian historical squadron.

The second aircraft was a lovely old Bristol Blenheim quite a unique aircraft in its time. This one restored by the Aircraft Restoration Company After crashing at Duxford in 2003.

I watched a plane go in at Duxford around that time....that might be it. He had a backseater to which was a no-no.
