Some kind of odd facility/activity built in a mountainside near Area 51

What do you folks think about what's going on at these coordinates, not too far from Area 51. I'm guessing, 20 miles away or so, give or take. Some kind of activity or construction into the mountainside.

Looks Similar to the tunnels constructed for low yield nuclear testing to determine weapon effectiveness against bunkers built into similar rock strata as illustrated by the Divine Strake project

If you compare the geology and roads in this photo of the Area 12 Miners Camp, with the Google map following, the two are identical, not sure which tunnel though.

The Nevada Test Site info I have says this is tunnel U12u, associated with underground testing.
