So, I am a huge Slipknot fan, love Corey Taylor. I was perusing the interwebs and came upon this live recording of Corey Taylor covering one of my all time favorite bands Mother Love Bone. He started off with Chloe Dancer and then segued into Little Red Corvette by The Man Himself, Prince.
I personally enjoyed it, didn't feel it was butchered too bad. Thought I'd share. Feel free to post some of your favorite mashups! They can be really enjoyable if done well.

Mother Love Bone was the $#!^ back in the day, though I'm surprised a lot of people around me didn't know who they were. Blows my mind that someone here does

LOVE the Knot too!

Slipknot is my #1! Stone sour too.

They won a golden globe a few years back for best live performance.

Everyone in this thread gets flags!

I know, every time I meet someone new that is a fan of Mother Love Bone it's like Andy Wood smiling down on us and bringing people together.

Without Bone, you wouldn't have Temple of the Dog.

Look...

I realize slipknot is a little satany.

There is no quicker way to lose a girlfriend than blare slipknot music when she's over.

But in the wonderful world of ATS, there seems to be only 4 slipknot fans. 4! Utterly disappointing.

Time to rage against ATS.

Sorry man. Everything about that response was so wrong. lol

There are LOTS of knot fans, at least from where I'm from. Women included. I dated a gorgeous pink haired heavy metal lovin petite gal who loved her some knot. Maybe you're going to the wrong bars or hanging around the wrong people

I do agree.. there should be more metal fans in the world. Lots more. Hell... we should all be metal heads. That should be a national requirement. Maybe then the world will make more sense and all the hate and wars would just poof away like smoke.
