Fixed - Suddenly Unable to Upload Images

A few days ago suddenly I can not upload images. I have tried jpg and more. I have tried different sizes including small images. No pictures will upload at all for me anymore. I thought maybe I reached a limit so I deleted a bunch but it still will not work.

After I upload a picture, it shows up like it normally would had with a picture but it is blank, with a small broken file pic in the top left corner. Anyone have any ideas?
