Russia expects Washington to provide an explanation after a report claimed that Pentagon cyber-offensive specialists have hacked into Russia’s power grids, telecommunications networks, and the Kremlin's command systems for a possible sabotage.
If the threats of the attack, which were published by the US media, are carried out, Moscow would be justified in charging Washington,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said
NBC News said earlier in an exclusive report that US military hackers have penetrated crucial infrastructure in Russia, “making them vulnerable to attack by secret American cyber weapons
NBC said the hack was carried out in preparation for waging a full-scale cyberwar with Russia.

Things seem to be really heating up with Russia. I've recently read that the US is sending 3,000 more soldiers to eastern Europe, and now a major news outlet is claiming that the US has hacked into Russian power grids, telecommunication networks, and the Kremlin's command systems as a means to conduct future cyber attacks against Russia. Now Russia wants an explanation from the US, and they have every right to request such.
This is no longer a game; this is something that can create an actual war.

I doubt the Russians are demanding an explanation. On RT this AM, they replayed a CNN segment where talking heads said the story broke on another network citing (Anonymous intelligence officials) and Top Secret documents were reviewed that proved the Russians did it...
Did they really use the term "Top Secret"? And not showing them of course...
And just like that another grand conspiracy is born.
Now run with it minions, herald it far and wide on the inter webs... make it really believable by repeating it many times.

If the US does this. The next thing that will happen is that Russia will lay the US powergrid to Waste.
The US grid is more wonrable to hack then the Russian grid. THe Russian Power grid is not based on the same Technology as the US wich is praktically run from the nett.
The odd thing is that the US would go Public With something like this. It's like the US is asking to be attacked. This is a open provocation....
They didn't say "Anonymous" Intelligence Officials, they said Senior Intelligence Officials.

Without naming them, whats the diff.
They always say 'official', too. Forensics by main stream news BS, lol.
But go ahead sell me some more, especially the unseen, official, senior, top, top (secret) kind of BS. I no more listen to them anymore than I listen to your supporting their propaganda version of events.

My theory is this . Clinton Hired some Minions for the hacking , they will come back and say Russia is involved with the elections and point the finger at Trump accusing him of being in bed with the Russians etc etc...
*puts on tinfoil hat*
Just saying...
Kap
the language of it alone is dangerous enough to instantiate a panic and event....look at the Russian Government today demanding an explanation, THAT is a dangerous reaction...so propaganda or not, the effects are real.

You only believe what they say the Russians say if you believe the same main stream propaganda that blames them in the first place.
I don't. I crack up whenever I hear this kind of talk, I been hearing it all my life. You get used to how to tell when they are outright lying.
'Official', senior level, top secret evidence, lol.
You want official reaction for real, you just look how those top top officials react to real leaks the kind Manning Assange and Snowden put out.
The rest is crapola of the highest / lowest kind.
