Why Do I Need a Photo ID to See a Doctor?

Not sure why stuff like this bothers people..

lemme see if i get this right...

1. Go to a doctor, share intimate details about health or any physical problems you are having.
2. They wanted to see my license ...Quick someone call Mulder..

The real world isnt puppies and balloons. Criminals use ID theft, insurance fraud, exploit opsec, prescription farming and so on to make the world an annoying place on a daily basis. If you doubt that then come work at a hospital for 24 hours and see some of the scams people try and pull off.

If a doctor gives you "bad" advice or says something incorrect he is just as responsible as if he prescribed a wrong drug.

Also, a patient who CLAIMS a doctor gave him poor advice is a risk.
