Lack of animale controll in the USA?

A Kangaroo on the run in Wisconsin was finally captured by police and firefighters in Dodgeville.

The animal, nicknamed "Roo," was coaxed out of the cold using slices of apples. The tranquilizer gun that was called in was not needed.

Nobody is sure where the kangaroo came from. Correspondent Joel DeSpain of CBS affiliate WISC reports on the mystery.
