If what you say is true then what wouldn't the US impose sanctions on SA ? They are the ones both furling and supplying ISIS in this whole Middle East crap.

Because it's not the Saudi government itself which is funding ISIS (who have threatened to execute the house of Saud and take over the shrines---they take the Caliphate seriously).

And secondly, Saudi wouldn't respond in any constructive way other than supporting fanatics and enemies of USA even more.

The tail does not wag the dog . It's the US system of both USD $$ and weapons that are continuing the conflict ....

US dollars has nothing to do with it. Iran and Iraq went to war and the USA had nothing to do with that one.

They made it themselves, by re purposing equipment purchased from USSR, France & Germany.

If the CIA worked with Saddam once, then it was Saddam who screwed the US and went over 100% to the USSR's side.
