Missed my anniversary

On here that is. Three years since I joined this site August 26, 2012. Been outside enjoying the weather and summer before it flees.

I really enjoy it on here. So many things to talk about! And I've learned any number of things since coming on this site in 2012. I was a lurker for a couple of years before that.

It has been quite a ride so far. And I've met some really nice people.

I'm glad to contribute when I can and to read many awesome posts from well informed people.

No, definitely didn't forget my wedding anniversary on July 2. My hubby and I celebrated 23 years of marriage then, and the fact that he's still alive and kicking after his quadruple bypass heart surgery and stroke last October.

Time really does fly.

That's what I assumed was meant, too, but it's only the worst if the other half's uptight about specifics. Me & mine just had our 9 year anniversary some time during August. Hell if we know which day (or even week) offhand, we'd have to look at the license to know XD
We couldn't remember the date the first anniversary, and 8 more in, we still can't. Oh well, one day on the calendar does not a good marriage make, the people do

We tried that with our birth years in effort to remember each other's. We both eventually argued about who can't remember who's birthday for some reason, and the birth year PIN tries came up. We walked away like so:



We just aren't good with dates. I'm amazed we can remember when the kids were born.
