When rich companies with politically-connected lobbyists and seats on public bodies bend policies for their own ends, we are in serious trouble. It is then that public institutions become hijacked and our choices, freedoms and rights are destroyed. Corporate interests have too often used their dubious ‘science’, lobbyists, political connections and presence within the heart of governments to subvert institutions set up to supposedly protect the public interest for their own commercial benefit. Once their power has been established, anyone who questions them or who stands in their way can expect a very bumpy ride.

Capture, Smear, Contaminate: The Politics Of GMOs

Looks like corporations are getting desperate as more of us are beginning to realise the truth about GMOs.

Science is not a religion. It is an ideal.

Commercially sponsored science is heavily skewed. Hell, the AMA used to endorse tobacco. There are no ethical limits to what corporations are willing to do. Poison you, then make money off the treatments.

A paradigm shift is underway. Corporations will seek to captivate unwilling "customers". Forced vaccines... Then other "preventative medicine" , stripping food ingredient labels from food. Eliminating all rights you have to determine what you do, say and consume. They need more profit and ultimately that end's up in, what amounts to a matrix scenario with humans as batteries.

They've never been so close to pulling if off.

Are you able -in your own words, and briefly - tell us what the "truth" is about GMOs?

It's not even an ideal - it is nothing more than a method - a method for gathering information and making sure it is correct within some limitations!

A can of corn cost 68 cents at Wal-Mart. GMO corn is what makes it that cheap. Corn is widely used to feed livestock as well. No corn for you? Soybeans are GMO as well, and soybean products are used in many food products. Check out soy lethicin on food labels. Having studied the chemistry of the gene used in Roundup-ready crops in detail, I am satisfied that no possible harm can come from eating these plants.
