I like any cut, as long as it's a tad brown on the outside, red on the inside, and all but mooing. I also like it wrapped in bacon. MMM bacon! You got enough steaks to cook for all of us?

I just got to thinking. If it's venison steak, don't bother to cook it. I eat it raw. I know, I'm a weirdo.

ETA: Now, if it's buffalo, that's the best I've ever tasted. I like grilled the same as cow steak. Caribou or moose is good, too.

Venison is the only meat were I prefer the fillet. I have had a few whole red deer over the years and a flash fried and oven baked chunk of venision fillet cooked just past rare is unparralled in my opinion.

A nice red wine and juniper sauce and some roast potatoes and maybe something green just to make up the numbers.

I can do that, but there has to be some horseradish with the prime rib.

New York striploin, rare, prepared Chicago Style (Charred on the outside,) OR filet mignon wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, covered with a Bleu cheese crust, and finished with roasted garlic cloves.

Starvin' marvin atm.

I have been thinking about it.

I am a simplistic type, just a pick of john wick would be more than enough.

I don't look for it, but when trouble comes knocking I can be...boisterous.

I love a good steak. My favorite would be a porterhouse soaked in salty apple juice, garlic juice and rosemary for at least 45 minutes. cooked to medium over an apple wood fire. Singed on the outside and sprinkled with a ground pepper medley. Sometimes i'll make an au jous by reducing some onions and garlic with apple juice and vinegar.

Serve it with some broccoli and baked sweet potato.

Maybe a real nice beer like black abbey's black belle.

If its fillet mignon...damn I'm hungry.

It is grilled in a foil bowl to hold in the juices, with onions and bell peppers with crushed garlic and beer.

Then to finish it all off, fresh cut and tossed salad with Italian vinegrette.

With fresh chilled cucumber slices and watermelon for desert.

I'm going to eat my own leg soon if I don't eat!!!!!
