Path of the August 21, 2017 total eclipse, a United States event

Primitive camping is free at Shawnee National Forest!

Sweet!

I've seen a few solar eclipses, however, none were almost full (close but not quite).
I'm a bit north of the track, however, if I read it all correctly,
It should still be a long one, which freaks me out.

The feeling you get when the sky suddenly goes dark, the wind changes,the sky becoming weirdly colored and then....wow...
I can't wait to see this one!



Every other eclipse I have seen were on almost cloudless days,
I'm hoping that pattern keeps up for this!

Everyone should get their cameras ready,
I imagine this will be one of the most photographed eclipses in history.
