You're about to get over run by The Obama Defenders. They're faster than the Flash and facts bounce off them like bullets off Superman.
Be prepared for "Bush did it too"

Most of those can hardly be considered 'bows'. Indeed, when Obama does actually bow, he is doing so out of respect for the regional cultures and some leaders. Besides, his proper bows are few and far between. Not nearly as much as this article would try and spin.

I don't get why it's such a big deal...Must be an American thing.

People being upset that Obama bowed at anybody, is the same as being upset that he brushes his teeth with a blue toothbrush, instead of a red one.

It hurts nobody, but you're own silly feelings about what a POTUS should or should not do. Which is, luckily for the rest of us, of little consequence.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of the POTUS, however after spending more than a decade traveling for work around the globe...I feel submission to another countries cultural paradigm is paramount to good diplomacy and showing respect for another persons country's people.

There is no reason to illicit the attentions of another country in a diplomatic theater without showing that country respect in the terms they appreciate. Context is everything: "When in Rome..."

There is many reasons to dislike the POTUS...

There are also many reasons people are desperate to scrutinise anything he does even if it means absolutely nothing to anybody...

This is one that fits the latter.

How about when he bows down to the banking elite or is that out of respect as well?
IMO its more about fear and paybacks to the masters of us all!

Well for one bush did do it so don't see why it can't be brought up..

And second it's called respect, those that confuse that for weakness are just sad.
