Sadly the parent company went into voluntary administration and has been wound up. I should know, I had a few shares in it. I think the US arm is still going though and presumably has licence rights to use the technology. I agree it would certainly be interesting to use some of their ideas for CAS though.

You do realize I actually outlined ONE of the SEVERAL HUNDRED ways that doing the budget shuffle happens on a DAILY BASIS!!

It may be illegal but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen or is even sanctioned off the books by the government.
