What the heck!? A Congressman from Florida calls Texas a "crazy state"!!?? WTF!?

Then later when criticized, he went on to say "consider the source" because he is from Florida. He said he warns people off of Florida and when he retires he's not too sure he's going to live there. LoL!

He refused to apologize. And to top it off it was an exchange during a Committee meeting on Obamacare where they were debating about the size and plan coverage for a lady's little helper.
