well this is one of those things I absolutely would not have believed except for I just seen it. Im guessing he has good rapport with this animal and they are familiar with each other. I preferably would never be that close to a creature of that size and known ferocity unless separated by a barrier.

Ive been know to calm every dog that ever approaches me, even the meanest ones. They just love me somehow, perhaps it is the way I communicate with them both verbally and non-verbally. Maybe because they never sense fear from me as I never approach them with fear.

However, I draw the line at creatures over 250lbs that I know could easily tear off my head and slice open my insides.

But I, too, am of the opinion that you can know animals really well, love them and totally trust them.... and one day they have a toothache or the munchies, and you're just another mouthful of meat.

But that would've spoiled the ending a bit... then again, the Youtube hits would be phenomenal!

That situation could turn not cute real fast. There is no way I would get in a cage with a lion and her new litter.
