Avatar help.

Hello lot: I need some help for my Avatar, it time to change it, or well, not get rid of it, but to just make it much more nicer.

I would like to get rid of all that offwhite and blend it into the white background; make it a bit larger, and maybe even add in some nice graphics.

I would do it myself, but I don't know how.

Can someone help me out.
