Star Wars Episode VII has finally revealed it's title shortly after they wrapped filming, and boy is it a good one. Check it out here.

What do you think? Do you like the title?

The best one I saw today was:

Star Wars 7: Hobo with a Lightsaber

I dont care what it's titled. I just hope it is good. I hope they threw in a few militants ewoks since their forest moon is probably uninhabitable with all the Death Star debris from RotJ.

Love the title. Very excited to see what Abrahms can do with this, all he touches becomes gold. Believe it.

Star Wars went down hill after they started using CG and adding these dumb/corny characters.

I think modeling is much more convincing imo but apparently too much work.

Costumes also went downhill.

General consensus on the interwebs is episode 1 was a stinker. I tend to fast forward over much of it. The midichlorian thing, Jar Jar, cgi Jabba, and the "ah -so" Trade Federation guys were all the better that Lucas could come up with after 20+ years? He must have been sampling from his vineyard heavily at the time. The prequels are even more of a hot mess than the originals.

Fair enough, I agree with most of the consensus. Im not into star wars that much, in fact ep 1 was the first i saw, then i saw 4, 5 n 6, and after that, episode's 2 n 3.

What i loved about episode 1 was the racing... although the midichlorian thing was actually i great idea imho, a way to explain the science behind 'Jedi-ism' .

Ewww. Just Ewww. The whole point of the force
is that it's a spiritual thing. A mind over matter thing,
Lucas pointed out multiple times that the force
is basically the Buddhist concept of chi.

Instead, he now turned it into Space AIDS.
It kinda sucks that 'Skywalker' wasn't part of
the prophecy, he just got force herpes.

What do you mean he wasnt in the prophecy? the whole point is that oscar schindler (liam neeson) saw more in him and recognised the prophecy, no?

and why AIDS? does the force eat away at ur organs n stuff? lol

as for the concept of chi or the force, the whole point is that it can be manipulated to accomplish physical feats that otherwise wouldnt be possible.... hence it is not only in the mind it is an actual physical phenomena and science simply hasnt learned how to recognize it yet.

Yes, if you turn to the dark side it does. Emperor Palpatine, Darth Sidious,
Vader, and so many sith throughout the games
and graphic novels confirm, if you're adept in the
force and happen to be a little bit naughty, it
will show in your eyes, scars, and apparently
greying of the hair. This doesn't gel well with
the 'force' is made up of 'symbiotic microbes'.
Microbes are by nature neither evil or good.

As for Luke being the one to fulfill the prophecy,
he wouldn't have been predestined for that. He was
just the right guy at the right time to show up
with the right blood count. The Jedi Order
may as well have just hung out a 'HELP WANTED/NEEDED'
sign outside the council headquarters. It just cheapened
the whole concept for me

i loved episode 1. i dont get why people dogged out some of the characters like jar jar.

i like episode 1-3 far better than the original 3. i think its because i never got into the originals. the phantom menace was the first star wars movie i ever saw....i was already an adult and took my son.
of course i loved it and became a fanatic about it...i mean look at my location
still though. i like 1-3 better.
luke was a beeyotch.....

darth maul was sweet. the pod race was awesome...sebulba was great...qui gon jin was cool.
little few second scenes of characters like ben quadranaros

i think the characters in 1-3 are better in general....general grievous? hell yeah
of course jabba was cool. vader was cool....who else? grido? please
