This is getting more creepy by the minute, the way he was explaining how it all started with some secret reason as why he can not travel in an airplane, in my opinion this a great example that in America the government or some type of agencies that we are no to know for any reason is targeting citizens just like gestapo police used to do in Nazi Germany, I am wrong to say this?

So if I understand..He was on the no fly list.

He previously was denied when trying to board an Aircraft.

A judge rules the no fly list is Unconstitutional.

The guy relies on this ruling to board an Aircraft.

By this logic anyone can now fly. This list is no longer being enforced.

I'll stop right there. I'm kind of slow sometimes. What am I missing ?

I think you are missing the issue of "secret courts" that made decisions that we are not to know but to obey, I guess the secret courts that made him a target for whatever reason still holds power, even if a judge ruled the no fly list unconstitutional.

I guess we have two types of courts, the ones we can see and the ones we could not, one abide by constitutional law the others does not, so at the end one is illegal the other one is not.

The TSA is caught in a blatant lie. You cannot board the plane at the terminal unless you go through some kind of a check point, that is fact. Another thing is, they even called him off the plane by his full name LOL!! So they know his full name, but don't know if they screened him or not?? If he's on a no fly list and is a potential threat, why did they sell him a ticket? How can someone be a potential threat and be on a list and be sold a plane ticket at the same time?

Also, Don't they take your Boarding Pass ?
