MKultra? Evidence of Mind Control & 'Trigger' Words in the Media & Terrorism

There's no trigger words in MKUTLRA stuff ran by the western criminal intelligence apparatus.
But .... They use inception to tell a lot of bull#s to people in general. Everyone in the west is more or less to some extent targeted by MKULTRA. Most of the people never realize they are actually being told things through inception directly in their brain. Similar to some sort of telepathy.

To me for example the EU intelligence services once tried to entice me. They told me I was to become the Supreme Allied Commander of Europe, in the footsteps of D.D. Eisenhower.

Why did they tell me that? ... Go figure that out, I'm not even in the military ...
