U can find it in many places, in parks, town halls, libraries, this site, many other places anywere you look you can find some semblence of it. I dont hate glenn beck I just dont like him, he takes advatage of ignorance for his own ends, 'money' so what if by luck he does some good, it outwieght the bad...no. I dont hate anyone I have only one way with anything I hate and its not pretty or nice. Its your right to protest the government, its your right to even remove it from power. But before you do anything be sure you know why you are doing it and what to do after its gone. Geting to the top of the mountain is ez, toppolling a government is not that hard, making one work for all is almost an impossiblity, but it has been done. You nead to know who the tyrants and patriots are, before u do any watering, know who your enemys are, and if they are in human form, your most likely on the wrong path,

And I did lose brain cells watching him, thats why I cant spell......joking dam dude relax,

cap·i·tal·ism

NOUN:

An economic system in which the means of production and distribution are privately or corporately owned and development is proportionate to the accumulation and reinvestment of profits gained in a free market.

so·cial·ism

NOUN:

Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.
The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which collective ownership of the economy under the dictatorship of the proletariat has not yet been successfully achieved.

com·mu·nism

NOUN:

A theoretical economic system characterized by the collective ownership of property and by the organization of labor for the common advantage of all members.
Communism
A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.
The Marxist-Leninist version of Communist doctrine that advocates the overthrow of capitalism by the revolution of the proletariat.

Point is, Capitalism gives us the full ability to make our own decisions for the kind of life we want to live. I get to make as much money as I'm able to make for myself if I choose to do it.

Socialism is the bridge between capitalism and communism in which the government ALLOWS you to make money so long as you give some back to better those less fortunate or less willing to better themselves.

Communism is complete control of a society by a central government. The government pretty much owns you in this form of government. Thanks but no thanks.

Educate yourself. Champion the free market capitalist society.

No, people did not watch the vids. They just came to this thread to attack the messenger.

That is why I will not post anymore of his vids. I know he has ideas and positions that are against mine, that is a given for anyone.

But, as we all know, even someone here on ATS has their own positions and anyone becoming as famous as Beck has to be attacked.

All that you wrote is all that I said, I know capitalism lets you be free to make as much money as you can, go ahead and do it, hope you become a billionare. I have nothing against capitalism. But if you know that socialism is a bridge between capitalism and communism what does that make the rich 1% in this country are they capitists or communists?. And I never seen glenn beck before this post, heard of him but thats all, If people like him so much, hey why doesnt he run for office and maibe he could one day be president. Woulden't that be nice. Imagine all the things he could acomplish for this county.

This is probably one of the best speeches I've heard in a while. Even compared to ALL the ones I've heard from Ron Paul. Text

Any person can utter words that "hold a lot of water," but aren't that person's true intent and previous actions more relevant than words. We saw how much water Obama's words held, but they sounded good at the time. Glenn Beck is full of bologne, especially when he can make statements such as this:

Okay, your comparison between Beck and Obama is congruent, but, Beck is not running for office.

That being said, a LOT of what Beck says, I am against. Like Medina in Texas.

Let us say the endisnighe gets a huge audience, just because that happens, will you or others disparage me?

Of course, I am not a corp whore, and I can adjust my positions given different information.

Anyway, peace and God Bless.

The rich 1%? How did they get rich? Either they started a business that did well or they inherited the money through family or marriage. That doesn't make someone communist.

If Beck has an important message, and he is already making enough money to pay his bills and then some, one would wonder why he would find the need to hurt his own cause by bringing his reputation under attack just because he could get an extra 100k promoting Goldline in a 15 second spot.

Unless.....it is all for money.

Radio stations allocate a certain amount of time for advertising. They have to...there are bills to pay.

Advertisers will pay a premium for a celebrity like Rush or Beck to 'personalize' their ad.

There is nothing unusual, fraudulent, or weird about it. It's all part of the business.

I love to read people here throwing around the term 'To make money' as if it is something despicable or base. I wonder how many would turn down the opportunity to parlay their own talents into some real cash...
