You didn't just drink coffee and read opinions, you reacted to them.

So he shouldn't go to the doc, even though almost everyone here says that, including you. And your opinion seems to be the biggest of all here. After all, we're on the Internet, so anyone can use any photo as an avatar and tell us I'm a paramedic.

To the OP: Go to the doctor even if nothing comes of it. There are people who go to the doctor because of a torn fingernail, but if you had an accident I would have it looked at.

You're misguided as well. Seek no serious medical advice on a Conspiracy Forum.

I stand by that as a Med Triage Specialist/EMT... I know my stuff after 40 years of ambulance life saving, people like yourself....

✌️

Not as misguided as you breaking the T&C”s by name calling. In those 40 years you didn’t learn manners, but those who brag usually have little.

Inferiority complexes are really stupid. Don't worry, we have one of those here too. They are everywhere, including here in the fire department. Otherwise, no life. And when retire want to be treated as a god because of all merits and stuff. They always know better. Hence the condescending tone towards us normal people. We're not gods like them.

I do not brag. I am no one. Nobody special. But you'll call us women an men to get help. That's all.

Make no mistake in what you implied. 40 years teaches everyone's the same, no Internet for sound, confirmed med advice, no conspiracy Forum "get but...", we aren't special...you are to us.

I have always...always promoted personal responsibility ..but don't listen to me.

I only report as 1 of you all except all of "us"... respond to all of "you".

I stand by the incorrect notion if you go to the Net..you'll find everything you want...for.. .or against your way.

In anything...sound advice w options available is the way to go. NOT Internet alternatives, trends, ideas.

I will agree it's a place to start...

So I went to the doctor and they took an extra and didn't find anything. They said I should take it easy and it will heal over time.

Thank you everyone for the advice

I have one of you Ambulance guys to thank for my life years ago MS , I was in the back of a ambulance sweating like the niagra falls from a major heart attack and he gave me a injection ( thrombalize ) ? To break up the clots in my heart and it felt like a baby elephant had gotten of my chest .

He came to visit me 2 days later when I was in again with another one
and told me he had never seen a heart in all his years so blocked up in the mobile scanner and could not believe I made it through .

What shocked me was my doctors look when I told him about this procedure, he looked shocked that I received it ! , almost like I should have been left to die
.

You would be stunned at how bad the NHS is here

Don't forget the ladies, plz!✌️I have heard a lot about what you guys go thru there. Worldwide...ER systems are strained and not enuff workers in field.

I love Triage in an ER setting. 60+ seconds: Head, neck, shoulders, arms, abdomen, groin, back sides, hips, legs, feet toes...

Give us that 60 sec to assess? I pretty much have an idea what could be up.

Comes down to indifference. Indifference to sex, color, ideals... Don't care. We just assess, report, treat n remove ya...and we move on.

We sure aren't angels...but we do fly. Everyday...

God bless ya✌️

I have always been suprised at how good the ambulance medics are here , yet they are poorly paid and treated badly , sometimes waiting 10 plus hours at a hospital till the patient gets a bed .

One thing that did shock me years ago was when a ambulance turned up for my mother , it was staffed by 2 nice ladies but there was no way in hell they were lifting my mother up the steps and into the ambulance if i had not been there as she is rather a large lady now

Hey...God bless you today n always. We both make a good point for personal responsibility when it comes to ers n ambulances:

We care 1,000% about your body. Not your name, religion, beliefs. All bodies...follow the same assessment...except a wet groin( women and men-spinal injury)...and my Captains quote?

(In my Triage Assessment)..."Feel the groin. If it's wet and it's warm, and it's not yours? Don't touch it!"
