I don't fish for kois, they are a pond fish.

Common carp ( ie silver scaled) mirror carp, linears, leathers and mirror carp.

EDIT...
Wait...research says they're a hybrid from Germany in the early 2000's, so I suppose it was much younger than 30, but clearly fed very well in the lake.

When a 40lb mirror died in my then lake tests on its ear bone revealed it was 82. They sure do get fed well.
