This will be judged by the The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct so don't hold your breath on getting justice.

Engoron will simply state he was having a hallway conversation about the law in general with this out side law expert and was not talking about the Trump case explicitly*, and the Commission will say they buy the explanation... case closed

*dispite the laws they were discussing having direct impact on the supper high profile case the Judge was proceeding over.
