Trump is on the stand now. So far the questions are pretty basic. Trump has taken a few swings at Engoron in his testimony.

Trump's testimony has concluded. As expected, he made a lot of attacks on the AG and judge. There was also a part where he seemed to think he was the President in 2021.

Ivanka's testimony is scheduled for Wednesday. Once her testimony wraps up the prosecution will rest their case. Trump's lawyers have indicated their case will be concluded by 12/15.

Wow.
This is just as exciting as the O.J. Simpson trial.

Compelling testimony.

I'd need to go back to Eric's testimony to get specifics, but Trump's financial statements were generally prepared in the summer, although there was one year where it wasn't finished until 12/31.

To follow up on that, the prosecutor followed up by asking Trump is he was President in 2021 and he said he was not.

The judge only ruled on one aspect of the case. There are still other aspects that need to be ruled on, such as fines. That's what the trial is for.
